The University Innovation Hub Program (UIHP), a key initiative under the Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Development Project (DEIED), successfully hosted an enlightening lecture on "Understanding Share Dilution: Strategies for Co-Founders" on June 25, 2024. The event saw an enthusiastic participation of over 60 attendees, including students, graduates, and alumni from various universities across Bangladesh.
National Program Coordinator, Latiful Khabir, graciously hosted the session, which featured the distinguished A.N.M Safiqul Islam, Innovation & Commercialization Specialist (ICS). Mr. Islam provided valuable insights into the fundamentals of share dilution and its significant impact on start-ups. The lecture covered practical strategies for managing dilution, its implications for co-founders, and was enriched with real-world case studies and examples.
The session commenced at 9 PM and was conducted via a Zoom meeting, allowing participants from diverse locations to join and benefit from the expert's knowledge.
